You can design your apparel by submitting your own artwork and requirements via our Start Your Order form. Our team can also provide guidance if you need help optimising your design for printing or embroidery.

Our minimum order is 10 units for DTF printing and embroidery, and 25 units for screen printing. You can mix different garment types and colours within the same order as long as the print or embroidery design stays the same across all items. And of course you may choose a range of sizes.

To keep your custom garments looking their best, wash them inside out in cold water, avoid bleach, do not iron prints and hang to dry. Embroidered items should be washed gently to preserve stitching. Proper care ensures colours stay vibrant and embroidery remains intact.

Production times depend on the printing or embroidery method, order size and how busy we are. Most orders typically ship within 10-15 business days, unless stated otherwise (not including bank holidays). We can provide an estimated delivery date upon request, when you place your order.

Yes, you can order a blank sample to check the garment style, fit, and quality before committing to a larger order. However, we’re unable to offer printed or embroidered samples due to the setup time involved. Just let us know what you’d like to see — we can send the sample separately, and you can either pay for it on its own or have the cost added to your final order.

We currently take 100% payment upfront via BACS bank transfer, which you’ll receive as an invoice once your order is confirmed. This ensures your project is scheduled and production can begin straight away. We’re also working on launching online bundles and deals that you’ll be able to purchase directly through our website using all major credit/debit cards and Apple Pay - coming soon!
